August Kirby handles each case in conjunction with Mr. Kirby, focusing primarily in the areas of family law, juvenile law, and criminal law.

A lifelong resident of Tennessee, August attended Austin Peay State University where she obtained her Bachelor's Degree in 2013 as a Political Science major and Psychology minor. After a hiatus from education and a few years of working in a local law office, August attended law school at the Nashville School of Law, earning her Doctor of Jurisprudence in 2021 while working as a paralegal. August is not currently licensed to practice law in any jurisdiction, but is a valuable asset to Kirby Law.

August is the wife of Mr. Kirby and they form a dynamic team both personally and professionally to ensure the success of their clients. When not at work, August can usually be found outside watering her plants or spending time with her son.
